Adopted children may receive visas same as one received by your biological children when both legal and residence requirements are met. This happens when a US Citizen or Permanent Resident petitions for his/her adoptive child through the Immediate Relative Petition.
Adopted Children may also receive IR-3 immigrant visa after the Petition to classify them as Immediate Relative is approved if at least one of the adoptive parents personally saw and observed the orphan before or during the adoption proceedings abroad. This is done through either the Hague Process or Orphan Process.
Our Office could assist from filing the petition till the visa issuance process/consular processing.
