What You Need To Know

If you have accumulated sufficient qualifying period of Legal Permanent Residency, we could assist you with applying for U.S. citizenship, including preparing for the U.S. Citizenship test, and represent you at your naturalization interview as your attorney/s when needed.

If you have been a U.S. Permanent Resident for five years or three years, if married to a U.S. Citizen, you may apply for naturalization to become a U.S. Citizen(N-400).

As a foreign national you may already be a U.S. Citizen based on your family relationship with a U.S. Citizen and, thus, eligible to file an application for a U.S. citizenship certificate(N600).

As our Attorney/s are familiar with eligibility requirements for naturalization and certificate of citizenship we can review your residency requirements and/ or bar/restriction from naturalization or obtaining your certificate of citizenship.
